This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect through www.twelvehundred.vc and www.1200.vc (the “Site”), how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to information collected through the Site, including through our third-party form provider. It does not apply to information you provide to us under separate confidential agreements as an investor or prospective investor, which is governed by those agreements and the relevant fund documents.

When you submit our contact or “request materials” form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, organization, role, country and city, how you heard about us, any referral source, and the free-text detail you enter. Our form is hosted by Typeform; your submission is processed through Typeform's systems before reaching us.

• Correspondence. If you email us or otherwise communicate with us, we retain that correspondence and its contents.

• Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Framer) and its infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, for the purpose of delivering and securing the Site. 

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit any. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; the Site is intended for a professional audience.
