We invested because America grows more timber than it can process and imports the difference, quietly raising the cost of every home it builds. TLM's founders saw the way in: not out-muscling the giant mills, but building small, software-defined ones that cut the trees the giants can't. A network of MiniMills can reshore what the country lost.

IMPACT RELEVANCE

The largest absolute climate impact in our portfolio under the NPI framework, achieved by substituting mass timber for carbon-heavy concrete and steel in an industry that has been notoriously slow to modernize, positioning it as a strong candidate for federal and state climate-procurement engagement.
